This Refund Policy explains how Bookcrane handles subscription payments and cancellations. Bookcrane does not offer refunds. Users can cancel their subscription to stop future billing.
No Refunds
Bookcrane does not provide refunds for subscription payments, unused time, partial billing periods, or features that were available but not used.
Cancel Anytime
Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals, but it does not refund charges that have already been processed.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your account or plan terms.

If you believe there was an incorrect charge, contact us with your account email, business name, invoice details, and a short description of the issue.
